Mosquito. Plus the staff who give information on parking for my bike was wrong lol. So we had an argument but overall still ok

DKranji runs it better.

To be honest, nothing at all with OYO Gallop running the place.

This is the 4th time i had a staycation there. The first 3 was during the previous management (D'Kranji Farm Resort). All i have to say is DKranji runs the place way better. This management, OYO Gallop Farm Resort, dont seem to care. The whole place still have DKranji name, banner and rules all over it (with the Dkranji logo). Staff not friendly. Our check in was unpleasant as they got us a room but the power cant be switched on and the staff took 40mins to get settled while we stood outside of our room waiting. Room was a lil unkept. Found an old drink of McDonald's drink in the fridge. Bedsheets doesnt seem clean. Only had 2 pillows and they were extremely worned out. Cable TV not working at all and we only TV3 to watch during the whole staycation.

The bad attitude of the staff .

The bad attitude of the staff . Staff wasn't helpful at all . I requested to have an upgrade of room and he gave me excuses like he have to clean the requested room as he have no house keeping available at night , and he will need 2 hours to do it for us . But the room i wanted was seen available in booking.com .. that is how pathetic the staff there . I paid $97 for a small dusty , room and foul smell room compared to my previous stay .

Experienced staff with Low service standard. Room was decent but not cleaned by staff. For etc, used pads and toiletries left by previous guests found in the toilet. Fridge was dirty. Mosquito hiding at corners of the room. Open air shower was not mentioned (might be bonus for those who wants it).

Not enjoyable

If all the activities were available, it would have been a fun place. Front desk manager was very friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean. Even after 2 rounds of additional cleaning, floor was still dirty as it was cleaned with broom and mopped with a dirty mop. Housekeeping staffs attitude was bad and poorly trained at cleaning. Balcony was not cleared of old newspaper, found many dead cockroaches that attracted ants, half drunk water bottle, dirty cup.

The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. There's only one towel given. One of the pillows are dirty. Alot of mosquitos. Leftovers complimentary shampoo n body wash wasn't cleared. No complimentary mineral water.

We love environment totally nice, room n the design of the bathroom...Haha haha

1) The staffs are very polite and humble. 2) I love the environment with lots of plants around us. 3) The bathroom design was like wow for us. 4)cozy type room it was, we really like it.

1) The fridge is not well maintained and it's producing hot air from the cupboard. 2) Pillows are too soft please replace it with the new if it possible. 3) Room was very dusty, the balcony not clean at all, something as not maintain at all. 4) Air conditioner was not cooling enough, my husband feels uncomfortable with that.

The room and facilities were great . Definitely value for money. Locations great for those tt enjoy time away from the city

we couldn't sleep cos mosquitos were feasting on us the entire night. Cleanliness has alot to be improved.

If it was complete and don't some changes. It'll be worth my stay. I'm still giving hopes to improve

I love the bathroom interior concept and design of the chalet.

I hope vehicle will be allowed to park in my chalet boundary as it has space for vehicle and plus since we're paying for a parking fee, could we atleast have our vehicle parked at our chalet boundary. The whole place seems a little incomplete. I hope the next time I come here again for a stay, everything will be complete.
